1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or making use of the 33mw platform — including its website, mobile interface, casino games, sports betting markets, and any associated services — you ("the Player") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 33mw Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the 33mw platform and close your account. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 33mw. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an active account on 33mw, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 33mw operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. Players who are found to be under 21 at any point will have their account suspended and all activity reversed to the extent possible.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate accounts, shared accounts, and accounts operated by third parties on behalf of a player are strictly prohibited.
• You have not been previously excluded from 33mw, either by your own request under the self-exclusion programme or by action taken by 33mw under clause 12 of these Terms & Conditions.
• You provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, and you undertake to update that information promptly if it changes at any point during the life of your account.
• You are not a director, employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a director or employee of 33mw, its parent companies, subsidiaries, or affiliate partners.

Each player may hold only one registered account on 33mw at any time. The operation of duplicate accounts — regardless of the method used to create them — is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 33mw reserves the right to close all associated accounts, retain any bonus funds credited across those accounts, and withhold any winnings derived from promotional play pending full investigation.

33mw reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, driving licence, utility bill, or bank or mobile financial service statement — from any player at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified in any such request may result in the restriction or closure of the account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 33mw account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

All activity that occurs under your account credentials will be deemed to have been undertaken by you and will be treated as valid and binding, regardless of whether you personally authorised each individual transaction, bet, or game round. 33mw accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

• You must use a strong, unique password for your 33mw account that is not used on any other platform or service.

• You must not permit any other individual — including family members — to access or use your 33mw account.
• You must ensure that your registered mobile number and email address remain current and accessible, as these are used for account verification and security alerts.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

33mw supports deposits and withdrawals via the following verified payment channels available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified within the cashier section of the platform and are subject to periodic review.

All withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used to make the original deposit into the account. This policy is in place to prevent fraudulent activity and to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations. 33mw reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where the account has not previously completed a full verification cycle.

• Deposits are credited to your 33mw account balance in real time following confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on a business day will ordinarily be processed within the same business day, subject to verification requirements being met.
• 33mw does not charge processing fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply its own transaction charges independently of 33mw.
• Any funds deposited into a 33mw account that are suspected to originate from criminal activity, fraud, or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be suspended pending investigation.
• Chargebacks or reversal requests initiated through a payment provider without first contacting 33mw support constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in account suspension.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

33mw offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the bonus is offered, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional credits issued by 33mw:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed in full before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds and any associated winnings remaining at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without notice.

• 33mw reserves the right to cancel any bonus offer, withdraw any bonus credit, or recover bonus-derived winnings from a player's account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, account duplication, or any other form of promotional exploitation.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times will be treated as bonus abuse.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All casino games available on 33mw use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by the player, 33mw, or any third party. Live dealer games are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and are subject to the rules communicated within the relevant game interface.

• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round or bet settlement, 33mw will use all available game logs and server data to determine the correct outcome. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the affected round or bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player.
• 33mw reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error, whether human or technical in origin. Players will be notified of any such voiding within a reasonable period.
• Maximum bet limits per game, per market, and per player may apply and are specified within the relevant game or market interface. Bets that exceed applicable limits may be refused or reduced without prior notice.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33mw platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held in the account (including deposits, winnings, and bonus balances), and may result in reports being made to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, make deposits, interact with games, or perform any other account function on the player's behalf.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, market, or tournament available on 33mw, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-style games and match-fixing in sports betting markets.
• Exploiting any software bug, game malfunction, pricing error, or technical vulnerability for financial gain. Players who discover any such issue are required to report it to 33mw support immediately and refrain from using it.
• Using the 33mw platform for any money-laundering activity, including depositing funds from criminal sources, cycling funds through the cashier without genuine gaming activity, or using the platform to disguise the origin of illicit funds.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in information provided by third-party game studios, data suppliers, or sports data providers, where 33mw has relied on such information in good faith.
• Any tax liability or reporting obligation that may arise for the player as a result of winnings received through the 33mw platform. Players are solely responsible for any applicable tax obligations under the laws of their jurisdiction.

11 Privacy and Data

12 Termination and Suspension

33mw reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation within a specified timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring the suspension or closure of the account.

Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no investigation is pending, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's verified payment method within five business days. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings are not refundable upon voluntary account closure.

13 Amendments to These Terms

33mw reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect player rights or obligations — 33mw will provide reasonable advance notice via email to the registered address on the player's account, or via a prominent in-platform notification.

The effective date of each version of these Terms & Conditions will be displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the 33mw platform after the notified effective date of any revision constitutes the player's acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the revision.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the 33mw platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally through direct communication with the 33mw customer support team.
